Preparing to White Label Your Mobile Event App
Please note that an organization account is required for both Apple and Google. This is required to be used with your White Label App. Personal accounts are not compatible at this time.
PheedLoop requires a minimum of 4 weeks from the white label submission date to develop and publish white label applications. Rush submissions requesting less than 4 weeks of development time cannot be accommodated. If you have any questions or concerns about the status of your white label app submission, please contact our support team at support@pheedloop.com.

Overview
A white label mobile event app allows you to publish your event under your organization's brand in the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Attendees will search for your event or organization name (rather than "PheedLoop Go!") and see your custom branding throughout their app experience.
What's customized in a white label app:
- App store icon and screenshots
- App store listing and description
- Splash screen that appears when the app launches
- App name attendees search for
What stays the same:
- All features and functionality
- In-app experience after login
- Event content and layout
Approximately 25% of PheedLoop events choose to white label their mobile app to maximize brand presence and sponsorship opportunities.
Choosing Your White Label Option
PheedLoop offers two white label options depending on how many events you run annually:
|
Feature |
Event White Label App |
Organization White Label App |
| Best for | 1-2 events per year with distinct branding | Multiple events per year under one brand |
| Scope | Single event only | All your organization's events in one app |
| Branding | Event-specific graphics and name | Organization-wide branding |
| Cost structure | Per-event Power-Up purchase | Organization Power-Up (one-time) |
| When to choose | Each event needs unique branding | You want one umbrella app for all events |
How to know if white labelling is right for your event
White labeling is ideal for organizations that want to:
- Maximize sponsorship opportunities with complete brand control
- Present a fully branded experience from app store to event
- Strengthen organizational identity at events
Consider the investment:
- Power-Up purchase cost (see pricing below)
- $100-200 annual fees to Apple and Google for developer accounts
- Administrative time for setup and maintenance
- 4-week minimum development timeline
Most PheedLoop events use the standard PheedLoop Go! app, which still offers extensive branding and sponsorship opportunities within the app itself.
Pricing
You will need to purchase either the White Label App Power-Up or the Organization White Label App (which grants White Label Apps for all of your events) from the Event Dashboard:
