How Can I Remove “Other Payment Method” and adjust the payment methods available at checkout?

The Other Payment Method option at checkout can be removed if not required.

The steps to remove this option is done on a per-category basis.

  1. From the Event Dashboard, navigate to Registration > Categories
  2. Select the category you wish to adjust from the list

  1. Toggle off the Allow Other Payments checkbox

  1. Ensure Allow Card Payments is toggled on, or else registrants won't be able to pay for tickets
    1. Please note, this requires your event dashboard to be connected to Stripe for managing payments.

  1. Select Save Changes
